Processing & Handling

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

UPS

The shipping carrier and service used may vary depending on the size, weight, destination, and type of item being shipped.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after the shipping label is created.

Delivery Times

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are in addition to our 1–3 business day processing time.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and retain the original packaging and shipping materials.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier and notify us so we can assist where possible.
